Building and Grounds

• Responsible for upkeep of building and grounds, both inside and outside. Contact the Deacons or, if it is landscaping related, Dawn Kemper for more information.

Christian Education

• Provides a learning environment for the youth of NCF. Currently looking for teachers for the following age groups:
  
  • Ages Birth-1
  • Ages 2-4
  • Grades K-2
  • Grades 3-5
  • Grades 6-8

Church Cleaning

• Helps clean the Church Building and Annex (may individually sign up to help clean for any length of time or may sign up with a group) prior to Sunday each week.

Communications

• Responsible for making sure all necessary departments are informed regarding events, services, etc., as information becomes available; makes sure information gets posted on website; contacts local news media (radio, TV, newspaper) with pertinent information; oversees preparation of all print material that is disseminated on behalf of the Church. Communion Preparation

• Prepares Communion for Sunday services and designated services.

InReach

• Makes sure the needs of members are met, including the food pantry, prayer needs, hospital visitation needs, checking on individuals who are sick or who need encouragement, and other areas; makes sure the Pastors are aware of needs. Looking for volunteers who are interested in helping. Contact Scott and Valerie Stapleton for more information.

Missions

• New Covenant provides monthly support both locally and internationally. Locally, we provide perishable and non-perishable items to The Conners Center which houses both Women and Children and is a ministry of The Lighthouse Mission. Internationally, we support Joel Khopang and the North Burma Christian Mission in Thailand.

Multimedia

• Prepares service presentations for Sundays and special events; maintains CCLI Licensing requirements. See Zach Trusler for more information.

MYOB (Mind Your Own Business)

• A networking resource providing information on businesses/services offered by individuals in our congregation. See Lisa Trusler for more information.

OutReach

• Helps the congregation develop a heart for reaching those outside our Church walls; plans, coordinates, attends outreach functions of the Church. See Tony Sedletzeck for more information.

Praise and Worship

• Through Praise and Worship we enter into the presence of the Lord and prepare our hearts and minds for receiving the Word. We worship instrumentally on drums, guitar, saxophone and keyboard and vocally through a Spirit lead Choir. See Candi Trusler for more information.

REACH (Reflecting Encouragement And Christian Hospitality)

• REACH provides a link between the Outreach and Inreach Teams ministering to those individuals who are regular attenders but have not yet placed their membership with NCF. If you would like more information about New Covenant, its ministries, leadership, membership, etc., REACH Guardians are here to serve.

Ushers

• Ushers help greet our guests, prepare the building for our services, pass out weekly bulletins, offering plates and communion. For more info, contact Jim Bickett.

Van Ministry

• Arranges transportation to/from services and special activities; schedules van for trips; sets up maintenance schedule and makes sure checks are performed. Contact Mark McClintock for more information.

Wishing Stars

• Coordinates special program at Christmas helping those in the Community needing assistance with purchasing gifts. Contact Lori Wiley for more information.

Youth Department
